Tonight I made Chicken Catchatore. (SP?) I broiled six chicken thighs, then smothered them with Barilla Tomato Sauce and sprinkled them with shredded mozzerella cheese with a side of rice and brocolli. It was done just in time for Mickey to come through the door, take off her shoes and sit down and eat. Yummy!

We are going out to eat at a Japanese Rest. tonight as my husband's son is here and we all love Japanese food.

Down here we have Arrigato's Japanese Restaurant. You sit with other people all around the table with the cooking surface in front of you and the cook comes out and cooks right in front of you. Great food!

Charlie Brown's was great, as usual, last night. Of course, after the salad bar and my Onion Soup, most of my dinner is now in my fridge. That will be a great meal tomorrow night, prime rib, lobster cake and garlic mashed potatoes. Yumm.
Sunday, my son and daughter-in-law are taking me to dinner at Holy Smoke.

Ooooh, lucky you. Holy Smoke has the best BBQ pulled pork ever! I miss some of the wonderful restaurants in Westch/Putnam/Dutchess. Around here there's lots of hamburger places and the few Italian restaurants aren't anywhere near real Italian cooking. (Pizza Hut is considered gourmet Italian food.) Oh well, chicken wings anyone?
